I just realized that I still have readers here ( shock? who knew?) that may not see my facebook or tweets. I put my best bud of the last 15+ years to sleep about 3 weeks ago. She had multiple health issues this year but always pulled through - but she had been going down hill the last few months. In retrospect, I was either blind or lying to myself that she was fine and it finally took my vet to point blank tell me that I was no longer doing her any favours by keeping her alive and she was suffering and merely putting on a show for me at that point.

Cheesy as it may sound, it was an awful decision for me to make and the hardest thing I've ever had to do. I spent a couple days of quality time with her and made sure her last day was a happy one for her. two of my best friends were with me when I took her to the vet ( wed, the 30th, 5:30 pm ) and the event itself was shockingly calm and peaceful. We buried her in my best friend's back yard with some of her favorite toys. I'm having a hard time being in my apartment without her and I keep hearing little phantom TanQ noises.

Here's to the cat I never wanted but quickly grew to love more than anything.
She is sorely missed.

I haven't been able to post here because blogspot doesn't work with my ie 9. so I had to get google chrome just to post here. and I fucking hate google chrome because after a few weeks it starts getting errors every five minutes and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled again and again and again.

add google to the list of horrible quality technology giants.
