It's kind of a female version of "American Pie" - completely vulgar and utterly Hilarious.
A defintite rental, although I feel the need to own it. and get the Unrated version.

I thought this was hilarious as well. I love the part in the grocery store with the giant diaper maxis and the blood trails. Hhhheeee Hawwww. Who knew the silicone McCarthy had it in her?? Good stuff. Trav and I had good laughs.
